How to Cook Black and Pepper Butter Shrimp

This recipe is very quick and easy to do. This may take at least one hour to complete.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 pound shrimp, shelled, and cooked
  • Black pepper, for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Allow to melt at medium heat.
  2. Add onion and sauté until transparent. Do not burn.
  3. Add lemon zest, house seasoning, pepper. Mix.
  4. Add shrimp and stir-fry until cooked over a low - medium heat.

Tips

  • Make sure that your shrimp are clean or they are already cooked. Now if you buy your shrimp that are already cook keep them froze until you cook them.

Warnings

  • Do not put your shrimp in hot water, this can make you sick.
