Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (fresh)
- 1 teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 pound shrimp, shelled, and cooked
- Black pepper, for garnish
Steps
- Heat the butter in a frying pan. Allow to melt at medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until transparent. Do not burn.
- Add lemon zest, house seasoning, pepper. Mix.
- Add shrimp and stir-fry until cooked over a low - medium heat.
Tips
- Make sure that your shrimp are clean or they are already cooked. Now if you buy your shrimp that are already cook keep them froze until you cook them.
Warnings
- Do not put your shrimp in hot water, this can make you sick.
